Christy Sheffield Sanford wishes she were from Mongolia but sadly hails from Atlanta/St Augustine. She recently won Arts & Letters Unclassifiable contest. Her work has recently been accepted by Action/Spectacle and The Drunken Boat. Sanford holds an MA degree from Antioch University and has won an NEA in Poetry. She was the first Virtual Writer-in-Residence for trAce. Her web piece Red Mona and other works are being archived at Washington State University.
